my clinical experience

My clinical career has been rooted in supporting individuals with complex mental health needs across community mental health and private practice settings. From working with children, adolescents, and families in community-based programs to providing specialized DBT treatment for adolescents, adults, and parents, these experiences have shaped the way I approach both therapy and clinical supervision.

Today, I provide psychotherapy to adults and parents in a group private practice, alongside clinical supervision, consultation and training for therapists seeking to strengthen their clinical skills and confidence.

  • My areas of clinical expertise include:

    • Emotion dysregulation and emotional sensitivity

    • Anxiety and depression

    • Borderline personality disorder

    • Suicidality and self-harm

    • Trauma and PTSD

    • Parenting across childhood, adolescence, and young adulthood

In my practice, I honour and respect the inner wisdom of all clients and approach therapy from a genuine and compassionate stance. I am LGBTQ2S+ allied and strive to understand the uniqueness and diversity of individual’s experiences.
